From the home screen, tap on "Active (last 30 days)"
Go to "Filters" and select parameters that match the specific property you wish to find comps for
Adjust "Date Range" toggle to one month to maximize comp results and tap "Apply"
After verifying that the property of interest comes up in the initial results, go to "Map" view
Tap the pin on the map that represents property of interest. Address will show.
Tap the pointer finger at the bottom left of map to draw the area around the property of interest that would contain appropriate sold comps, then tap the green check mark to set area
Go to "Filters" again and note that "Custom Area" is noted for the first parameter
For Status, select "Closed" and "Sold off MLS" in addition to "Active" which should have remained checked
Select the most appropriate low end and high end of price range
Set the date range to last 6 months or longer and click "Apply"
Go to "List" on upper right
Tap "Share" tab under the photo of each appropriate "comp" you wish to email to client
After selecting all properties to share, tap the orange tab and choose "Share via Email"
